The Entrepreneur Wellbeing Check: An evidence-based launchpad for coaches and clinicians who work with entrepreneurs
Entrepreneur mental health and wellbeing lie on a continuum. Mental illness, symptoms, and work disengagement are on one end, while peak performance and thriving are on the other. Michael A. Freeman, M.D. and colleagues recently developed and validated the Entrepreneur Wellbeing Check (EWC), a brief, efficient, highly scalable screening instrument that detects founder wellbeing levels, and provides personalized entrepreneur-centric support. Hosted by the Inner Circle, this talk discusses the three core drivers of entrepreneur mental health and wellbeing, how to use the EWC, and evidence-based “intervention-targets” that are most likely to help clinicians and coaches support their entrepreneur clients.
